He hadn’t seen a HEPA air filter before, either
I was concerned about needing to change the air filters on a regular basis, when I had my HVAC system installed. The Heating and A/C worker told me how often to change the air filters and he also gave me information on what type of air filters I needed to purchase. The only thing I couldn’t remember about the air filters, was where I was going to put the air filters. He never showed me how to correctly change the air filters. I thought that if I were to inspect the a/c and the heating system, I should be able to find the air filter compartment. I found multiple little compartments, but I wasn’t sure how to open them. I called my dad and asked what he thought about the air filter compartments. He showed up an hour later and he went over the Heating as well as the A/C system with me. He showed me the compartment for the a/c unit, and the heating system. He took the air filters out and had me put them back in. When it came to the whole-house air purifier, he wasn’t as sure about the air filters. He said he had never dealt with a whole-home air purifier before. It took him a little while to figure out how the whole-house air purifier worked but he eventually found the air filter. He hadn’t seen a HEPA air filter before, either. I had to laugh when he said it was a first for both of us. Before he went back home, he was convinced that he needed an air purification component for his Heating and A/C system in his home also.
