I just had my salad and now I am going to knock out another hour of work and then get going with my yoga routine.
Once I finish that, my brother is going to drop by for a TRX strap workout and then we are going to play music in some studio.
I want to perfect my drumming over the year and work on my singing some more, and then we should be able to do a mini tour of our country in our caravan at the start of next year. I just helped my aunt fix ductwork in her attic that was leaking and causing the air conditioning to work harder to try and cool down the house. I think it should be fine now, all I had to do was run some of that metallic tape around the area that was leaking a few times and it will be all set. The attic was a bit cool because the climate control system was leaking cold air into the attic and cooling down the place, making it warmer in the house than it should have been. I’m not sure why the leak happened in the first place, but I think I fixed it and she shouldn’t have a problem anymore with the entire HVAC unit. I’m a trained HVAC pro and have been working in the heating and cooling industry for a long time, so this kind of HVAC repair work is easy for me and I like to help out my aunt whenever I can as she is letting me stay with her for three weeks.
