The hotel clerk was rude about the heating complications

I went to meet with a couple of investors and my pal and I decided to get-together at a hotel and conference center downtown. The hotel and conference center is a place where my pal and I frequently meet customers and investors to talk about our corporation. The hotel director gives us a great rate on the conference center when my pal and I need to use the place. The hotel director also gives us a great rate on rooms if my pal and I need to stay in the town for a lengthy amount of time. When I went to the hotel and conference center on Friday, the hotel clerk at the front desk was a person that I did not recognize… She must have been new, because I did not feel her face. I tested into my room and she was less than enthusiastic. She did not say hello or smile and I did not feel welcome. If it had been my first time at the hotel, I might not have ever stayed there again. The whole stay at the hotel was filled with concerns. When I tested into my room, the suite was not ready. Then I had concerns with the heater. When I called the front desk hotel clerk to talk about the heating complications, she was rude and hung up on me. She tried to tell me that it was an accident, although I absolutely think she hung up on me on purpose. She did not want to deal with the heating system issue before she went home. It was 6:35 when I called and I feel her shift was over at 7:00 p.m.
