Cautious normalcy in a time of pandemic

I hope everyone is staying safe plus healthy! I absolutely don’t think anyone personally that has gotten the virus, so I think my local section might have dodged the bullet. That said, I still want to be as cautious as a can in the near future, because you never think when another wave of sickness will hit. I can’t just hide out forever, I need to get on with my life, so for now it is about striking the right balance of cautious normalcy! You like the expression? I just made it up, I like to say it to my Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C buyers, plus they seem to like it too, and let’s get back to some semblance of life but be smart about it, which for me means handling major heating plus cooling complications for my long sitting customers. When I first opened my doors I started a loyalty program, so to speak, where you paid an annual fee plus got a particular amount of Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C work done whenever you needed. Those loyal customers helped me survive those rough few first years in the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C business, plus now I want to honor that plus give them priority repair in this peculiar time. I contacted each of these people individually plus asked how they were doing, plus if their Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C system had been working ok. I told them that the normal Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C repair inspections would resume as soon as possible, but for now I was only handling real complications. I also offered to bring new air filters by to anyone who needed them.
