I had rented a motorcar for the weekend, because I was going to make a short trip a couple states away, as our number one band was playing live in concert.
I had already prepared everything for the 14 hour drive, although one thing I didn’t expect to be an issue was the heat.
It was in the middle of Spring, when the weather is supposed to be fair, but that weekend was especially hot. I have never had perfect air conditioner, and usually through the brutal summers, I just difficult it through. So when I burned up in our rental car, I grimaced as I turned on the air conditioner, expecting the regular warm air pouring out of the air conditioner vents. To our surprise, the rental car’s cooling component instantly started pouring out a cooling breeze. It felt so good! I was so used to just dealing with the warm hot and cold temperatures that I had forgotten what a luxury having an air conditioner plan can be! I smiled to myself, and knew I was going to enjoy this trip even more than I thought. Sure enough, I split our afternoon in half and checked into a hotel at night. I was surprised when I entered the hotel room and turned on it’s cooling system, and the hot and cold temperatures still weren’t nearly as good as the rental car’s cooling plan. I don’t think what that rental supplier is doing with their Heating and A/C but whatever it is, they are doing it right. I started tomorrow’s drive and thoroughly appreciated the air conditioner unit all of the way to the concert. It was entirely one of the best weekends I have had in awhile. I’m going to miss that cooling system, it was good while it lasted.
