Although it was nice to be where we had a HVAC system plus we were able to stay warm, I was still sad about what was going to happen if it snowed again. I knew the snow would sit heavy on the plastic plus it could once again cave in. Our energy bill was rising because we had to have the gas furnace running to keep the inside of the apartment warmed. Even though the temperature control was set at sixty, it was still damp plus drafty inside. Everyday, we were going back to the apartment plus spending most of our afternoons, just to make sure everything was okay. The people I was with and I would turn up the temperature control so we could be comfortable, make our meals, plus head back to the hotel at night.
