However, none of us even knew how to run a business. And all of us were far, far from being considered professional people. While all of us absolutely had the knowledge, our task ethic plus appearance was just not up to par. This was clearly evidenced by trying to be our own office cleaning service. First, we’re all bachelors plus basically pigs to be honest. Perhaps that is one of the things that brought us all together. However, you can’t be raggedy plus hope to garner any confidence from an actual customer. That is just not how things go. Ironically, each one of us had a maid service or a cleaning lady that worked on our properties. Why all of us couldn’t translate that particular idea to our task still doesn’t make sense to me. It actually took my girlfriend calling me out for me to take getting a commercial cleaning service completely seriously. She went around taking pictures of our shop as all of us were engaged in our work. I was easily stunned to see how poorly that must have reflected on our business altogether. That epiphany led immediately to me contacting an office cleaning business. The people I was with and I needed janitorial service plus some critical floor service. I mean all of us weren’t even getting the carpet cleaning handled right. Once the office cleaning company started working, our shop looked essentially like a professional business. Now, if all of us could only bring a little bit more of these superb habits to our personal appearance.
