I needed an office space, when COVID became a complication our workspace shut down and advised all the people work from home, however here is the snag, I didn’t have a lake house office.
I didn’t even have the room for an office space.
I started laboring in the residing room however that was just a mess, and my hubby would typically walk in and interrupt me. He didn’t savor that he could not watch the news on television anymore, the teenagers would come lake house from school and flop all around myself and others on the couch. I knew I needed some style of office space. I found a portable facility contractor that does all types of modular construction and turnkey solutions. They do affordable lake house construction, modular study rooms and portable restrooms. I additionally found out the contractor also offers modular office spaces. It is essentially just a shipping container that you can convert to look however you want. I was able to do the design all from our computer at home. I sent a couple of texts back and forth and some calls. Then the modular office was being built the way I wanted it. I needed electricity of course from our computer station. I also wanted a window so I had a view. I even sprung to make the shipping container office a little greater so I could fit a toilet in there. That way I never have to leave the room until I am done with work. I savor that it is without the house and has a door that locks; Nobody can disturb myself and others now in our workspace.
