My wifey inherited the cottage in the woods many years ago.
It was never anything the people I was with and I cared about, the people I was with and I just sort of ended up with it. Time passes, in addition to now the economy is hitting us actually hard. All of us were on the verge of losing our house, in addition to after that I realized the people I was with and I still had that seasoned cottage. At least the people I was with and I wouldn’t be homeless, even if the circumstances were not ideal. The cottage needed a lot of little things done to it, in addition to a few large things, as well. It had never been rigged with a central Heating, Ventilation plus A/C system, so the people I was with and I needed to get a space heating system for our first night staying there. It was not until the next day that I looked a little closer, in addition to realized that there was no central Heating, Ventilation plus A/C system. It’s not that they didn’t have one, however that they could not have one! There was no HVAC duct installed, in addition to the antique wood burning gas furnace the people I was with and I thought was just decorative wound up being the central heating plan for the venue! The thought of cutting wood for the antique gas furnace every day made myself and others uneasy, however thankfully the space heating system would take care of our needs for the short term. Once the Summer arrives I do not guess what the people I was with and I will do, because no central Heating, Ventilation plus A/C plan means no air conditioning! That will just have to be a problem for another day, because I have too much else on our plate to worry about air conditioning at the moment. By the summer, hopefully our circumstances will have greatly improved.
