My awesome friends told me that the week before I arrived in the states the weather was quite a bit cooler.
It is the middle of March now plus the humidity is approaching. I guess this past week the high was around 79 F plus now every one of us are hitting a high of 90 F with the heat index. I got a modern rental car with chilly a/c plus I am planning on keeping it in the shade while it is parked because it is a black car plus gets way too tepid when it is in the sun. It’s a Honda Fit plus the gas mileage it gets is wonderful. I guess I get around 35 mpg in the city, with the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C machine on high cooling, plus I am only going to drive as much as 20 miles a day on average. I will only be utilizing about a half gallon of gas a day, which is cool considering the price of gas is pushing $4 a gallon. I only have about $400 left in my savings account which will need to last me for the next few weeks while I am here so I should be okay if I shop at the right stores for food items. I actually prefer having a modern car with the efficient modern Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C machine because it actually cools the car down in a jiffy, almost as soon as I start the engine. They’ve made some excellent advancements with cars plus I am quite fortunate to have rented such an enjoyable model. I am off now to the local supplier to get some modern wiper blades for my mom.
