Done with Manual Labor for Another Six Months

I just got done working on pop’s home a couple afternoons ago and then I had a large problem. My toilet obviously kept running all evening after I used it and it flooded not only the bathroom and my living room carpet, however it also poured onto the ceilings below where the living room is and onto the basement ceilings below that. They just had a similar concern a month ago when the Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C program flooded the drain pan and spilled onto the ceilings. So, my stepDad was going crazy when she went down to make her root beer the following afternoon . She thought it was the again but I told her it was my toilet. I calmed her down and assessed the injure and then came up with a system to repair it with the many afternoons I had left before going overseas. We got a dehumidifier going to dry out the water and ran the Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C program all evening to aid the drying process. The next afternoon I sprayed stain killer, which matched the ceiling color, and within an minute all of the stains were gone and all of the water that leaked was dried up. I guess that the local corporation would have charged her an arm and a leg to repair all of the ceilings and the toilet but I did it for the price of a can of spray paint. I guess my stepDad is going to send me some money next month for fixing it so quickly before leaving the country. It’s nice to have the skills to repair these things.
