I ended up making the investment and paying for the installation and radiant heated floors themselves because I was keeping them for good. These radiant heated floors have changed my life when it comes to heating my home. Not only that, but they have lowered my monthly electric bill as well because radiant heated floors do not take much energy to run on. They heat my home even better than my central heating system used to as well.
