I plan to keep strong knees while doing my HVAC work

I was saying how my knees have a huge amount of mileage on them.

I was a former skydiver, long distance cycler, and beach volleyball player for the past 30 years, so it basically goes without saying that my knees have taken some abuse.

After all of this however I am still able to carry a heavy mini split air conditioner device up several flights of stairs without any complications at all with my knees. I recognize that keeping the legs strong is key to keeping the knees healthy. Lately I’ve been laboring a lot at the Heating and Air Conditioning device contractor as it is now the middle of summer time and absolutely sizzling outside. I did 180 skydives and a good amount of them were absolutely tough landings causing concussions, sprained ankles, and sore knees. So carrying something similar to a portable A/C component up several flights of stairs is quite amazing after everything my body has endured. I need to keep doing work outs and doing yoga because it has been working well to preserve my body and slow down the hands of time. I will have to carry some radiant furnaces and maybe even some big bulky commercial heat pumps up a few flights of stairs in the cold season so I need to keep these knees in relaxing shape. I do yoga all the time and have been for the past 11 years now and it has proven to be one of the most enjoyable things for my body. I can bend over for hours laboring on HVAC duct or air handlers with no issues and no pain afterwards.
