Sporadically, while my kid takes her afternoon nap, I like to sit downstairs & have some alone time.
I take the monitor with me that has a video screen so I can watch her from the other room, but on the screen, the temperature of the room she is in is also displayed.
I observed recently that the temperature in the room was quite higher than in the rest of the house. The temperature in my daughter’s room was nearly 80 degrees yesterday when the thermostat was set to 72. I began to wonder if this was due to the location of her room. Her living room is located directly over the garage. The garage is unbearably sizzling during the Summer months, & my friend and I were almost to summer. I turned the fan on in her room & that seemed to help a little. After a few more weeks of monitoring the temperature in my daughter’s room, I decided that I wanted to purchase a portable A/C equipment for her room. I felt so bad for her! My buddy and I were trying taxing to keep her in her own room, however sometimes it was just too hot. The portable A/C equipment truly seemed to help. The pale white noise from the portable A/C equipment also helped her to sleep through the night. I am blissful that my friend and I decided to invest in the portable A/C unit. My buddy and I use it in other rooms in the house, as well. My buddy and I have even transformed the garage into a dwelling gym & decided to purchase a second portable A/C equipment for the garage.
