I knew something was definitely wrong with my hvac system so i called my technician
During Christmas time I am the one that hosts the big family gathering. Everyone comes to my house because my living room can fit over 20 family members in it. I was getting a little stressed out the night before because I was trying to prep the food and clean the house but it just didn’t seem like I had enough time. Luckily I rushed through everything so I could get to bed. I went to my thermostat to lower the temperature because i like to sleep in a colder area. When I went to bed I thought the entire hvac system was working fine. But when i woke up in the morning the temperature was set to 78 degrees. This never happens and when I set the temperature lower at night the temperature stays the same for when I wake up. I put the temperature down 5 more degrees so it wasn’t too hot or too cold. I started to set everything out when I realized that it felt very cold in my house. I went to the thermostat again and saw that the temperature in the house was 65 degrees. I knew something was definitely wrong with my hvac system so i called my technician. I am very lucky that I have a good relationship with my technician as since he’s been serving our hvac system for the past 15 years. Our HVAC technician came on his day off to service the HVAC system even during a holiday! I made sure that I gave him some food to take home and I also gave him more money than what he billed me for!
