The importance of indoor air quality

I am of two different opinions about the state of the nation with this pandemic.

On the one hand I wish that we could go back to normal, because working all this OT every week is just killing my free time.

With no down time to chill, I don’t get to smoke as much grass, and I hardly get to work on my music at all. But on the other hand, the longer the panic goes on the more money I make, because overtime at this job pays double. I can’t just leave that money on the table, right? If the HVAC game is hot right now, then I have to strike while that iron is blazing. I am smart enough to know that my music is a gamble, and will always be a gamble, but this overtime time for HVAC work is money in the bank… and it won’t last forever! This COVID pandemic has a lot of people concerned about their indoor air quality, but in time that will go away. For now I need to upsell everything I can, push the HEPA rated air filters, suggest a full ductwork cleaning, or even advise them to consider new, high efficiency upgrades. A lockdown means a lot more time stuck inside at home, so you should make sure your indoor air quality is as high as possible. It’s literally more important than ever before, so I’ll tell you what I tell my customers — don’t cheap out, invest in your HVAC system. Trust me, you will be so glad you did.
