I’ve been neglecting my HVAC system for long enough and it is starting to give me signs that it needs some maintenance soon or it is going to give me some trouble. Maybe I’ve been spending too much time on myself and my body instead of on things around the house. HVAC equipment is like the body, if you don’t take care of it and keep it clean it will stop running smoothly in just a matter of time. I am still going to take time for my body and my mind with good exercise each week and daily meditation, along with a good dose of daily yoga to keep me flexible. I am also going to contact an HVAC expert to come out and service and clean the whole HVAC system while it is still running well. I wouldn’t want my body quitting on me anytime soon, but then again I wouldn’t want my central heating and AC breaking down on me anytime soon either. It always seems to happen during the coldest or hottest time of the year so I am going to take care of it to make sure that doesn’t happen. The HVAC company near me also offers a five year service plan which sounds like a good plan to make sure I stay on the regular servicing of my unit. I have one of those old filters that I would like to change out for a good HEPA filter. I’ll ask the company if they have one that fits my system when they come out to service my system.
